Adopt-a-Verse makes Bible translation simple for you to support, sustainable for translators, and transformational for those still waiting to hear God’s Word.
How It Works:
Step 1
Choose to Adopt
For $35 a month, you can adopt a verse that has yet to be translated into a heart language still waiting for Scripture. Your commitment funds local translation teams with training, tools, and resources for them to produce written and audio versions.
Step 2
Advance Translation
Your support directly fuels Church-Centric Bible Translation (CCBT) projects led by local believers. These translators know their language, culture, and people—so translation is both accurate and alive. Beyond Translation provides training and coaching, but the local Church carries out the work.
Step 3
Pray with Us
On a regular basis, you will receive personal updates from the field—stories, photos, and progress reports from translators. You will witness kingdom building as verses are translated and communities hear Scripture for the first time!
Step 4
Share the Movement
The movement grows when you share your story. Every time you tell someone about Adopt-a-Verse, you invite another believer to love God and love their neighbor through Scripture.
